After we have met personally, we get to work. I accompany you with every viewing, where I view the house with a critical eye. This way you can focus on how you would decorate the house and I focus on the important points of interest of the house.

Then I do the negotiation to purchase the house for you for the right price and the right conditions, a valuation is scheduled and you can get started with your or our mortgage advisor.
